Once any of these services are provided, they are considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business (service & time-based), all payments made to Varnika Homes are non-refundable, including:
Brokerage fees
Service charges
Listing fees
Marketing charges
Lead generation fees
Visit coordination charges
Documentation or verification fees
Once the service is initiated or delivered, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
3. Brokerage Refund
Brokerage charges (if applicable) are paid for finalizing the tenant or property.
Since this service involves substantial time, effort, and resources:

Tenant or owner changes their decision
Owner increases or decreases rent
Property becomes unavailable
Tenant cancels after agreement
Either party backs out after site visits
Owner rents to another tenant

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Tenant or Owner
If a tenant or property owner cancels:
No refund will be issued
No alternative service is guaranteed
4.2 Cancellation by Varnika Homes
We may cancel a service if:
False information is provided
Fraudulent documents are used
User misbehaves or violates policies
Illegal activities are suspected
No refund will be provided in such cases.
5. Marketing & Listing Fees
If you pay for:
Featured listings
Social media promotions
Paid advertisements
Photography or video services
These are non-refundable, even if you:
Withdraw the property
Change your rental price
Rent the property through someone else
Decide to pause or delay renting
Once promotion is started, costs cannot be reversed.
6. Lead Sharing Policy
Varnika Homes shares verified leads as part of the service.
Once a lead is shared:
It is counted as a delivered service
Refund will not be applicable
We cannot guarantee tenant or owner conversion
Lead quality depends on the requirements and market conditions.
7. Site Visit Charges
If any visit fee is applicable, it is non-refundable, even if:
The tenant/owner did not attend
The property was not liked
The owner/tenant cancelled
Weather or traffic delays occurred
Our work (coordination + time blocking) is already completed.
8. Disputes Between Owner & Tenant
Varnika Homes is not responsible for:
Security deposit disputes
Damage to property
Maintenance charges
Rent fights
Agreement issues
Society rules or penalties
Fraudulent behavior by either party
Refunds will not be provided for such disputes.
9. Duplicate Payment (Exception)
Refund is applicable only if due to a technical issue you make a duplicate payment.
In such cases:
We will verify the transaction
The extra amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days
Bank/UPI charges may be deducted
